Open Protect System Failed - Additional Troubleshooting with Bitlocker

The issue is normally caused by having Bitlocker services either fully or partially enabled.
Bitlocker has to be fully disabled for RollBack Rx Pro to install completely.

To resolve this:

First, check your Windows version by going to Start > run > type in "winver"

If you're using Windows 10/11 Pro

- go to start > search for "Manage Bitlocker" and open the Manage Bitlocker Control Panel menu

NOTE: if it says it's OFF but it says "waiting for activation" or the C drive has a padlock or yellow exclamation icon on it, you would have to first turn it ON and then turn it OFF

- Wait for the decryption process to finish and reboot once done.
- Uninstall your last install attempt for Reboot Restore Rx Pro by going to C:/Program Files/Shield > run uninstall.exe
- run setup again

If you're using Windows 10/11 Home
